6. No Guarantee of Outcome

While we strive to provide the best possible support, Ray Prime Consultants does not guarantee:

• Approval of scholarship applications
• Visa approval by Chinese authorities
• Specific processing times for applications

Final decisions regarding admissions, scholarships, and visas are made by the respective institutions and government authorities, not by Ray Prime Consultants.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ray Prime Consultants shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Delays or failures by third parties (universities, embassies, etc.)
• Changes in immigration or educational policies
• Actions or decisions of government authorities

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property
